Shipped my old GBA off on a Monday and had it back the following week with a new backlit screen, which honestly made my original cartridge games look brand new. The whole send-in process was painless — pay once, mail the console, done.
Sent it in on a Tuesday and had it back by the following week, which honestly shocked me since the shipping was calculated separately. The shell swap and new screen look flawless, and the buttons click exactly like I remember them feeling in 2003.
My childhood Game Boy came back looking and playing better than it did in 2003. The pay-once-and-ship process was straightforward, and the return shipping was calculated clearly at checkout, so no surprise fees.
