Loading a 7.5MByte ROM that used to choke my old cart is instant now, no lag at all. Save files up to 128KByte actually stick around between sessions, which I didn't expect to matter this much.
The SuperKey feature is a lifesaver—I popped in a Japanese cart I couldn't play before and it just worked, zero hassle. Menu navigation feels snappier than my old setup, and saves up to 128K are more than enough for every RPG I've thrown at it.
The SuperKey region unlock works exactly as advertised, so I finally played my Japanese cart on a US console without any fiddling. Menu navigation is snappy and the build feels solid, though I wish the manual explained the save RAM options a bit more clearly.
